RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing the freshest and highest quality flowers to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only fulfill returns under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Non-Receipt of Flowers: If you do not receive your flowers on the scheduled delivery date.

2. Damaged Flowers: If your flowers arrive damaged.

In either case, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible (and in the case of damaged flowers, attach a photo outlining the damage). Your claim will be reviewed and, if approved, we will arrange for a re-delivery of your order at no additional cost.
