We will never compromise our quality, please note that flowers may vary due to seasonal availability and global growth patterns. When a certain flower is not available we will contact our client and make a thoughtful decision to provide the perfect substitution of similar value.
All of our products come with a vase included (only the first delivery for subscription orders).
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We are committed to providing the freshest and highest quality flowers to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only fulfill returns under specific conditions outlined below.
- Non-Receipt of Flowers: If you do not receive your flowers on the scheduled delivery date.
- Damaged Flowers: If your flowers arrive damaged.
In either case, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible (and in the case of damaged flowers, attach a photo outlining the damage). Your claim will be reviewed and, if approved, we will arrange for a re-delivery of your order at no additional cost.

- Sale or discounted items
- Flowers that have been received and are not reported as damaged the same day

SHIPPING INFO
We only offer next-day courier shipping within a 75 mile radius of NYC, as well as the entirety of Long Island. Our rates are as follows:
- $40 anywhere within NYC city limits
- $60 within 75 mile radius of NYC
- $120 to Southhampton and farther east
